Unlike the unforeseen initial stages of the Covid 19 pandemic which caught us all off guard in the spring of 2020, planning anything, including travel during the pandemic is now a calculated risk for us all. Therefore our regular cancellation policy applies to all reservations.

Not far! It is about a 10 min drive to Cerritos, 8 min drive to El Pescadero town, and a 10 min drive to downtown Todos Santos.

100% yes! We are located off the beaten path along with most gems in the area. So to properly explore all this magical area has to offer, a car is the way to go. There are no taxis, ubers, or public transportation.
Remember – the pavement ends, adventure begins.

Yes! However, we are only serving breakfast, light snacks, or a cooler for poolside or the beach. We have so many great restaurants to recommend for dinner nearby after you watch the incredible desert sunset with us.

A transformed old Range Rover Car has been transformed into a bar with a firepit filled with everything a good vacation in Mexico requires – Margeritas, Mezcalitas, and Cervezas

3:30pm – 8:30pm. We HIGHLY recommend coming before 6pm in the daylight. It is an adventurous road coming in and you will appreciate getting settled before dark if you can!

Tribu Pescadero is our Desert location but you can see the beach from our hotel. San Pedrito Surf Break (advanced wave) and a beach bar are just 5-10 min e-Bike or Side by Side ride away (on-site rentals available). But the best Swim Beach is Cerritos Beach (beginner wave) which is a short drive by car (less than 10 min) or back roads on the bikes.

For Advanced Surfers, San Pedrito Surf Break is just 5-10 min e-Bike or Dune Buggy ride away (on-site rentals available). 

For Beginner Surfers: Cerritos Beach is the perfect spot for beginners.  Just a short drive by car (less than 10 min) or even shorter by e-Bike or Dune Buggy if you take the back roads.  

It is heated only by Mother Nature! It can get pretty brisk in the winter months,but it is perfect during late Spring through mid-Fall.

Yes, we strive to be in harmony with nature, and we operate on solar power. We also have modern power backup if required.

You will be stunned with the star filled black skies and the sounds of nature surrounding the property. Although we fumigate regularly, it could be that you might find a few of nature’s critters enjoying the property as well. Just let us know, and we’ll escort any critters off the property.

Yes! We have great wifi through Starlink.

Yes! You will find glass bottles with filtered water in your unit. You can refill them at our water refill station.

Yes, we provide daily housekeeping services. If there is any requests outside of daily housekeeping services please contact the office.
