In this yoga journey you’ll be working with the subtle body - using a blend of pranayama (breath), Himalayan kriya, mantras (sacred sound), and asana (movement).
Each class is unique and will follow a different theme.
You will leave this class feeling activated and energized, more connected to your body, your breath, and your energy.

Join Brook in this 60 minute energizing sweaty reset.
20 min of energizing breath + 30 minutes of cardio sweat + 20 min of relaxation.

Buti Yoga with Brooke
Buti is a music driven methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio dance bursts, and deep core conditioning.
Mostly it is a BLAST and a half - you will have so much fun and leave feeling activated and energized from the high energy we cultivate together.
