At what time is check-in?
Check-in time is typically at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we'll do our best to accommodate you, and if you're running a little late, just give us a call, and we'll make sure your room is ready for you.
Do I Need To Rent A Car?
While Tribu Todos Santos offers transportation options (private and public shuttles), a rental car provides flexibility to explore surrounding areas.
What Is The Cancellation Policy?
• Within the first 45 days after your deposit: a full refund is available (50% cash/50% credit).
• Between the 46th day after the deposit and 16 days before arrival: 50% credit will be issued.
• 15 days or less before arrival: no refund is provided.

Where are the swim and surf beaches?
Tribu Todos Santos is ideally located just a short 5-minute walk from the stunning beaches of Todos Santos. While the surf here is known for its exhilarating waves, it's best suited for experienced surfers. For those seeking a more leisurely swim, we recommend a short drive to nearby Playa La Pastora, where calm waters and gentle waves make for a perfect afternoon dip.
Baja Sur is a haven for water sports enthusiasts, with an abundance of swimming, snorkeling, and diving opportunities. Explore the clear turquoise waters of Balandra, near La Paz, a protected area with calm, shallow water ideal for swimming and paddleboarding. Or head to Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can snorkel or dive amongst vibrant coral reefs teeming with colorful marine life. For those seeking a more adventurous experience, the Sea of Cortez offers incredible opportunities for kayaking, windsurfing, and kitesurfing, especially around the popular spots of La Paz and Cabo San Lucas.
Is the pool heated?
Our infinity pool isn't heated, but we believe in embracing the natural beauty and benefits of Todos Santos' warm climate. A refreshing dip in the pool, followed by a relaxing soak in the sun on our loungers, is a wonderful way to experience the restorative power of fresh air and water. The pool area is a great place to relax and soak up the sun, and we also offer massage services for those who want to unwind and pamper themselves. The „Aire Suite“ features a bathtub for those who prefer a more private and relaxing experience.
What about Kid & Pet-Friendlyness?
Tribu Todos Santos is not specifically designed for families with young children or pets. While we welcome guests of all ages, our focus is on providing a serene and tranquil retreat environment. We strive for an atmosphere of stillness and relaxation, which may not be the ideal setting for active young children or pets.
Additionally, we do not have specific safety measures in place for children, and we are also mindful of allergies and potential disruptions for other guests.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?
The property is situated on a sandy terrain, and our suites are located upstairs. The rooftop area, with its stunning views, is also accessed via stairs.
While our grounds and common spaces are designed for a relaxed and easy stroll, we encourage you to contact us directly for assistance. We'll be happy to discuss options and alternative arrangements.
Can I have guests over?
We understand you might want to have guests over, but for security reasons and to respect our group stays, it's best to register any guests first. We'll be happy to make arrangements if it's possible.
What‘s the maximum capacity?
The maximum capacity of the property is approximately 30 people. We can comfortably accommodate groups of this size, but it is important to note that some rooms have king-size beds while others have separate beds.
